You Don't Have to Go Through Betrayal Alone

Betrayal can shake your sense of safety, trust, and even your confidence in your own instincts. You may find yourself replaying conversations, questioning what was real, searching for answers, or wondering how you are supposed to move forward when so much of what you believed about your relationship has changed.

Connecting with other women who understand the unique impact of betrayal trauma and sex addiction can be a meaningful part of healing.

Join the free virtual online support group for betrayed female partners of sex and porn addicts. Find connection, understanding and professional support in a compassionate space.

A Compassionate, Professionally Facilitated Space

I offer a free, professionally facilitated virtual drop-in support group for women who have experienced betrayal related to a partner's sex addiction, pornography use, infidelity, affairs, or sexually compulsive behaviour.

This is a supportive and compassionate space where you can connect with other women who understand what it is like to experience betrayal in an intimate relationship.

There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before you join. You are welcome whether you have just discovered the betrayal, are trying to understand the extent of what has happened, are navigating the aftermath of disclosure, or have been working through betrayal trauma for some time.

A Safe Place to Share, Feel Heard, Understood and Less Alone

The group provides an opportunity to:

  • Connect with other female partners who have experienced betrayal.
  • Talk openly about the impact of sex addiction, pornography, affairs, infidelity, and sexual betrayal.
  • Share your experiences in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
  • Listen to other women who understand the confusion and emotional impact of betrayal trauma.
  • Learn that many of the emotions and reactions you are experiencing are shared by other betrayed partners.
  • Receive professional support as you begin navigating your own healing.
  • Feel less isolated and more connected as you move forward.

You are also welcome to simply listen. There is no pressure to share before you feel comfortable.

Whether You Just Discovered the Betrayal or Have Been Healing for Some Time

Betrayal trauma does not follow a predictable timeline. You may be dealing with the shock of a recent discovery or disclosure. You may be trying to understand repeated discoveries, pornography use, affairs, or secretive sexual behaviours. You may be struggling with questions about trust, boundaries, your relationship, or your future, or you may simply be exhausted from carrying everything on your own.

Wherever you are in the process, you deserve a place where you can speak honestly about what you are experiencing and be surrounded by women who understand.

You Are Welcome Here

You don't need to know whether you are staying in your relationship or leaving. You don't need to have the right words. You don't need to have a plan. You can come exactly as you are.

This free, virtual, online betrayal trauma support group is professionally facilitated, a place for connection, compassion, understanding, and support as you begin finding your footing and moving through your own healing journey.

You Don't Have to Navigate Betrayal Trauma Alone
